Jachin-Boaz Triathlon
Ed was certified at the F.I.S.T. Institute in 2014, and Bike Fit in 2015. He's been doing bike fits for road and triathlon clients. Ed also coaches privately, and holds coaching certifications through USAT, USMS and ASCA. Ed uses a Retül bike, and motion capture video to record critical angle measurements post-fit. Ed provides clients with a detailed written report explaining their biometric fit, along with picture captures from the video detailing the correct shoulder, hip and leg angles of the final fit.
