Reuben Lyons has been riding bikes since he learned to walk. He brings that enthusiasm and professional experience to the disciplines of mountain, 'cross, road, track and triathlon. He enjoys working with all disciplines. He currently holds Silver level training through BikePT, bicycle fitters and educators out of Kenmore, WA, USA. His enthusiasm combined with musculoskeletal expertise in physical therapy make him a well-prepared clinician to help foster comfort and efficiency in young and aging athletes alike.
